The Basil Bay Residents Association Annual General Meeting is being held on Tuesday 30 November 2021 at 11.00 am.
Where: Ocean International Hotel, 1 Bridge St , East Mackay QLD 4740
Please arrive by 10:45am for registration and follow all the normal Covid-safe practices (such as staying at home if you have any symptoms).

For those who can’t attend and wish to appoint a proxy, below are the links to the Motion Sheet, the Voting Sheet, Voting Rules and the Proxy Form (Form Individuals) and the Company Nomination form. Please complete the voting sheet, the proxy form and return to the Secretary at this email. Where Lots are owned by an entity, the Company Nomination form will also be required.
